The above form can be used to retrieve valuable information regarding a software title you have purchased. This includes: registration code, download link, user manual, purchase specific information, software updates and Software License Agreement.
After payment was completed, you should have received an e-mail containing your Reference ID and the e-mail address associated with that particular purchase.
If you need your Reference ID sent to you, leave the 'Reference ID' field blank, enter your e-mail address and press the 'Submit' button. Due to security reasons, we only send a lost Reference ID to matching e-mail addresses that are stored in our database.
For purchases before October 20, 2003, your e-mail address should be the same as your e-mail address listed in your forum
profile.
